People who have used Unix or Linux systems would probably know about the 'fortune' command that prints out a random epigram.
wFortune is not a port of this program, but it performs the same basic function. When wFortune is run normally, it will display a window containting a random epigram.
wFortune can also be used to create random signatures to be used with many Windows E-mail clients.
