No, that title would have to go to Branden. :)
Remember that Debian developers are normally just dudes building stuff in
their spare time, and those building the heavily in-demand packages would be
getting a *lot* of email about them.
If anyone can remember what Branden was like during the months X4 packages
were being done (whilst all the other distros were getting quickly built,
but hopeless packages), you can understand Frank's position.
Your average customer service weeny has to be nice, or they'll lose their
jobs, no matter how rude you are. Thankfully, this is not the case in the
Free Software world, nor the Debian part of it.
