[SLUG] Why does my executable not well.....Execute!

Sluggers,

Can anyone explain this, or better yet does anyone know how to fix it?

On new RH7.1 box

  $ xsnow
  bash: /usr/X11R6/bin/xsnow: No such file or directory
  $ ls -l /usr/X11R6/bin/xsnow
  -rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root        23500 Nov 19  1996
  /usr/X11R6/bin/xsnow*
  $ file /usr/X11R6/bin/xsnow
  /usr/X11R6/bin/xsnow: ELF 32-bit LSB executable, Intel 80386, version 1,
  dynamically linked (uses shared libs), stripped

On older RH6.2 (upgraded to X 4.0.3 btw)

  $ xsnow
  Xsnow-1.39, December 21th 1994 by Rick Jansen (rick@nospam.sara.nl <mailto:rick@nospam.sara.nl>)
  $ which xsnow
  /usr/X11R6/bin/xsnow
  $ ls -l /usr/X11R6/bin/xsnow
  -rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root        23500 Nov 19  1996
  /usr/X11R6/bin/xsnow*
  $ file /usr/X11R6/bin/xsnow
  /usr/X11R6/bin/xsnow: ELF 32-bit LSB executable, Intel 80386, version 1,
  dynamically linked (uses shared libs), stripped

Sure I can upgrade to a later package of xsnow but I have a number of
other binaries showing this symptom and I don't have access to the source
for them nor an upgrade version. I assume that it some glibc vs libc thing.

Any suggestions

Thanks

Pete
