Bad example. Manpower is wholly owned by compaq, and
all compaq contractors go through them, directly or indirectly.

Actually, if you just evaluate the job on the merits, your point is
irrelevant. Agencies will walk away if the deal isn't good enough,
and so should you. It usually means that the job is inappropriate
for your skills anyway.

The point about large arrogant agencies being time wasters is
valid. Peoplebank are time wasters.
