Guys thanks for your responses. Also thanks Mike. Also looked at Terry's
page. 

It's not yet happening for me, but I'm on the way.
I got rid of the .forward; emptied the various rc.mail and rc.test
files from .procmail.
Now it's just a matter of getting the details
right.

Based on your suggestions my .procmailrc is as follows:

That's all I've  got now; should work but doesn't.

By the way, will procmail create files in my pine mail directory, or do I
need to use ones that already exist?
