I'm bit suspect when it comes to meta tags. Some browsers (ahem) don't
behave as one would expect, so I usually end up using http headers anyway.
You might try specifying the URL just in case that gives the browser a bit
of a kick:
CONTENT="15;URL=http://www.wildpossum.com/index.html" (I'm guessing the page
here...)
Otherwise, a quick perl or php header will have you going in no time (I
know, I know: hammer/tool, nail/problem).
