Caldera licensde netware 4.11's code, and all its associated paraphenalia,
direct from Novell, and were given rights to produce a netware 4 server
for Linux.

They did it, and it works.

Perhaps Caldera has hit upon hard times, and have been unable to maintain
their licensing agreement. I don't know.
