He said "only seniors". Unless this is one _fnarking_ big school, I
seriously doubt the senior year {or two} is 900.

Besides, your argument is null - webmail would require administration
anyway.

I believe the idea was to keep them from accessing the net too much and
fklooding the 56k dialup. Letting them access the box from home would
defeat the purpose.
