/dev/scd0 is the first CD, the one with the lowest SCSI ID.  It doesn't
necessarily refer to the device with SCSI ID 0.

For example:

On this system, ID 0 is /dev/sda, ID 3 is /dev/scd0 and ID 4 is /dev/scd1.
