I don't really know, but this may be possible unless you're trying to
cut/paste with Netscape. Netscape seems to do strange stuff (not really
talking to X properly? I don't know). I've never been able to cut/paste
with Netscape without selecting and using the 3rd button. Everything
else seems to behave OK.
