This number of framing errors would concern me:

[wildfire@nospam.ftoomsh wildfire]$ uptime
 11:15am up 101 days, 22:13, 34 users, load average: 1.60, 0.68, 0.45
[wildfire@nospam.ftoomsh wildfire]$ ifconfig eth1
eth1 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 08:00:20:11:29:61
          inet addr:138.25.6.1 Bcast:138.25.6.255 Mask:255.255.255.0
UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
          RX packets:100028550 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:112516658 errors:1 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:1
          collisions:8302046 txqueuelen:100
          Interrupt:55 Base address:0xbc00

Is would seem to me to be definately NIC related. Perhaps Linux is not
picking it up at the correct IRQ / IO-Port settings?
