I couldn't imagine that mirror.aarnet.edu.au doesn't fit the bill. 

If not I'm sure if you ask nicely they'll add what you need.

A quick look shows they have lots of i386 stuff:  6.4
evaluation ISO, 6.4 download, updates for 6.3 and 6.4 (updated 12 days
ago).
