If your looking for small dealers
nepean micro (www.nmc.com.au) will likely pre install it for you.
A good linux guru friend of mine works there, and he would likely do it.
Although i doubt it would be beyond a basic install ( i doubt hed setup
an invisible proxy or something, but sound and X maybe)

Does every pc still have to have windows with it?
I always buy mine in pieces...
