I think if you look at linmodems.org, you might find it is truely not
workable. I have a Rockwell PCI winmodem that I tested out for a stab in
the dark, as I had seen some can be found to work with a bit of playing,
but the modem model I have is a no go. They state it as being a no win
situation. Oh well, I still have my 2 Roadsters :)
