Oh yes!! I remember the Internet Oracle with lots of joy. Has it
actually gone away, or just been misplaced? Haven't tried since '94 or
so. And I think that a similar system might work for Slug - IIRC you'd
send a question into a central server which would then send out your
question to somebody who had asked a question recently, who would then
attempt to answer your question - if they left it too long I think your
question got reprocessed and sent out to somebody else. In return you
got sent a question to answer. Very cool stuff! :-)
