Are they both running the same versions of sendmail? If so or probably even if not
you should be ble to copy your mc file over to the Sun box recreate a cf from that and then
just copy the mailboxes across amking sure you recreate the actual users as well etc.
If you don't have the mc file you can probably just copy the cf just check it to make sure
any paths in there are styill correct on the new system. Only place where all this will fall down is if someone
has been making custom hacks to the cf file.
