I'd second that - I've never had supply problems with Len - if there are, 
as you said, you know why before asking.

Recently I bought a couple of the O'Reilly CD books (Network Bookshelf and 
Unix Bookshelf) from amazon.com, simply because they were over 50% cheaper, 
shipped DHL, than buying them from Angus & Robertson locally.

Taxes ??  GST (nah...) - greed ?  Most likely.
