I am trying to sign on to a service using https but receive the
following error:

"The security library has experienced an error. You will probably be
unable to connect to this site securely."

From what I have read after a search of the 'net, it could be a problem
with the certificate issued by the site but, I have no certificate from
them.

I have seen a number of references to this type of error but I am not
sure how to go about correcting the problem.

Any ideas?
