Considering Danny's earlier post (Operating Systems and Schools), I
thought I might set my own cat amongst the pigeons :)

I have been following the DeCSS case for a while now, suffice it to say
I am not that happy to see what is happening in the US.

So...

I was wondering what the legal implications would be for an Australian
site hosting DeCSS and related doco. Do the new Amendments to the
Broadcasting Services Act have any weight in this matter?
