It doesn't relate. I would have thought that a private school
is more likely to use a little thought about it, and teach
linux as well as doze. Most people take the line of least
resistance, which means windows. 

There used to be a saying (circa 1970): Nobody ever gets
sacked for choosing IBM. These days the same applies to
Microslop. 

If you just wanted to make it *easy* for the little kiddies,
you would use macintosh, and windows would come a poor third.
Unfortunately, good logic and good sense come way behind good
marketing.

If I was setting up a computer room for school, I'd use linux
to serve, with all the desk tops dual booting. We live in a
windows world whether we like it or not.
