Kmail doesn't do nested folders. It was K?mail.

To my mind, that was the sole useful purpose of filtering; my incoming
mail is sorted to folders/etc and I can give priority to those that
deserve (inbox, slug, 2600, etc) it without having to handle those of
low priority (genie lists, ZDNET, wired, CNN, etc) until I want to or
have time to fill.
