[SLUG] Cool new stuff

Whoa! It's like, cool new stuff day or something...

Conectiva 6.0:

First RPM-based distribution to make use apt, the Advanced Package Tool.
Looks like our old friend Alfredo Kojima (author of WindowMaker) was the
geek who made the difference. :)

XFree4 (lots of hacking on this by Conectiva, check out xf86cfg), Grub,
  ReiserFS, yada yada yada.

Looks like almost bleeding edge stuff from a very cool Linux company.

OpenBSD 2.8:

I don't need to explain why this is cool. Hack the t-shirt, wear the
  firewall.

Win4Lin 2.0:

This is weird. I thought Trelos were the Win4Lin people, but it seems all
the linkage is going to this wanky Netraverse lot with the 'spiffy'
  webpage.

Strange though, that webpages are always updated long after the press
releases. :)
