CGI::Cookie is your friend.

Seriously:  if there is *anything* you want to do in Perl, I strongly
suggest you look at search.cpan.org before asking - there's a searchable
index to CPAN there.  Certainly, asking CGI questions in #perl on efnet is
strictly forbidden [upon pain of channel ops killing you]
