[SLUG] Packet logging problem fixed :-)

Hi again all,

For any who are interested.

The packet logging problem I had turned out to have a simple answer.  I
was restarting syslogd instead of klogd (which seemed to have died when I
finally realised I needed to have it started).  Upon doing a
/etc/rc.d/init.d/syslog restart (RedHat 6.1) all my packet logging rules
worked.

Just thought I'd provide a quick summary for any who might also fall into
this trap.
