Sounds expensive.  I'd recommend paying someone to host your web pages.
There's no way you're ever going to have more bandwidth or better uptime
insuring infrastructure than one of the large hosting providers.  I was
particularly impressed with www.rackspace.com's model of leasing the box.
(And the t-shirt they gave me at the Linux show :)

As for mail, run it to your co-hosted web box and UUCP it into your LAN at
home.
