If you go for flat rate pricing with Telstra you don't get a permanent IP
and shouldn't use more than one computer on the connection. Of course one
could theoretically still use it with masquerading, but that would be
norti wouldn't it.
If you go for exorbitant rate charging, I believe you can get a fixed IP
and do whatever you damned well please, after all at $0.35/meg in and out
they'll make money out of you even if you just to telnet sessions.
