Terry Dawson, one of the movers and shakers behind Linux Australia, also
wrote the HOWTO on ax.25 and amateur radio, IIRC. Perhaps it's time for
another SLUG talk from Terry.

Anyway, have a poke around the web and I'm sure you'll track down the
information you need.
