This has been answered on the list before but I did'nt keep a record and
the link to the mail archive does not seem to work.

I get error messages in /var/log/messages when starting ppp to the
effect

 modprobe: can't locate module ppp-compress-21
 modprobe: can't locate module ppp-compress-26
 modprobe: can't locate module ppp-compress-24

I think these relate to the modules ppp_deflate.o and bsd_comp.o but
which one is which?  Does anyone remember?
