I can't help you with any of these, but I have used XWin32 from Starnet
for the last few years on both Windows 95 and NT and haven't had any
problems with it.  You can download it from http://www.starnet.com/.  The
demo licence restricts you to a single client on a subnet and a maximum
two hours session, but there are no other restrictions on functionality.

I used to use Reflection terminal emulation software (I can't remember
what it was called) and found it to be very good (for VT-220/320/340
emulation).  I'd expect Reflection X to be of a similar quality, but I
don't have any actual experience to confirm that.
