3 button mice are a standard, its just that M$ doesnt like them, X does,
and infact many WM's make good use of the middle button, c 'n p utilies
but 3.

The real problem is if you buy M$'s new optical mouse, with 5 buttons
and a scroller. But for $100 its an awesome mouse, I would recommend it.
No flames. M$ makes good mice.
