[ProgSoc] Whoops, but less spam in future

Sorry about that last post, I meant to send that to myself, not to the list.

Anyway, just letting people know, by popular demand I've set progsoc@progsoc 
so that only list members can post to it, so hopefully this'll reduce spam in 
the future, but it means you will have to post from your registered email 
address.
