[ProgSoc] Services fixed

Hi all,
As many of you may have noticed, yeenoghu went down over the weekend due to an
unknown complication with some software upgrades. While it's hard to tell
exactly what happened, it looks like there was some kind of filesystem
corruption, and now it hangs after bootup with all sorts of failures and
kernel panics.

In any case, I've taken yeenoghu down for now, since it's looking a lot like
it may have to be rebuilt almost from scratch. Primary mail and web services
are now being run by trogdor which seems to now be quite stable, and if
anything more powerful than yeenoghu. I've also moved CVS (for our grand
total of one user) over, and changed all service aliases (like mail.progsoc
and pop.progsoc) to trogdor. So while yeenoghu will be down for a while, it
shouldn't affect anything, though let me know if there are any issues.

About the only thing to be done is clear off what little mail is backlogged on
yeenoghu that was received but not delivered. I aim to have that all taken
care of by the end of tomorrow, but I don't think there should be much of it
anyway.

Oh, and since I don't think anyone has actually announced it yet, Progsoc now
has two SunBlade 100s donated by the faculty. While it's taking some time to
bring them up due to problems with the current debian netinst CDs, once up
they'll likely take over a lot of the services from trogdor, leaving it for
people to play around on.

Cyall,
