[ProgSoc] Progsoc anti-Haskell conspiracy

 Have I gone barmy, or do we not have hugs ( the very fine subset of
 haskell interpreter ) installed anywhere here at progsoc? :-)

 Any chance of this being remedied at the next progsoc maintainance
 cycle / meeting / love-in?
