Strange - the oriental brews tend to have a focus on purity and cleanness.

Sushi Suma is a bit hard to find - the shopfront is very inconspicuous - 
its about 2 doors down from the servo (BP I think?) and has one of those 
japanes curtain things at the front that hang down about half-way to the 
ground, with a couple of kanji on it.
