In the city? Nowhere really, I don't think :\

If you're willing to venture further away from the city, though, you 
can get a
pint for under $4... at Kelts Bar in Blaxland (I know, I know... ), 
it's about $4
a pop... same at the Castle Hill Tav... the cheapest place in the city, 
apart
from the RSL (before 10pm), is probably the Steyne Hotel in Manly. I 
can't
remember exactly how much it was there though...
