Basically, yeah. You need 72 pin SIMMs - 80ns minimum.
It has 8 megs onboard, too. You can also stick in a L2 cache, if you can
find one thats compatible...

I wouldn't count on it... YDL is probably the most compatible of all 
the Mac
linux distros.

One bet would be LinuxPPC - which I don't think is developed anymore?
I dunno, been a while since I was into that... it may offer better 
support for
the NuBus architecture.
