In my experience, *I think* Netmeeting works well if both ends have
internet-routable IP's. If one end is being NATted before reaching the
internet, only one end will be able to see the other (and I can't remember
which).

I say "I think" because there was also a firewall there at the time, but
I'm semi-certain that I turned the firewall off or unblocked whichever
ports I knew Netmeeting used so I think it got to the stage where we
worked out that it had to be the NAT. But I'm not 100% sure, so someone
else may have additional wisdom or experience and be able to correct me
on it.
