[ProgSoc] Transaction servers (.au)

 Howdi,

 Can anyone recommend a good / cheap transaction
 service domestically?  That is someone to handle a
 potentially large number of small, but not necessarily
 micro, payments, at a reasonable cost.

 I've looked at paybysnap, but their up-front costs
 are non-trivial.
