Wow, not so easy, you'd have to hand-code a root directory entry, then
create the FAT chain manually... even for one whole-disk file that's a
reasonable amountof work! By "very easy" I'm guessing you mean "not
mind-numbingly frustrating to the point of impossibility" ;-)
