The AGM

Held on: Tuesday, 26th March, 2002.
Held at: 6pm.
Meet at: the ProgSoc room (4/G25) and move to a larger location, if
         required.


Nominations for 2002 Executive
------------------------------

Nominations can be made from now until 12 noon on Tuesday, 26th March.

Nominations will be declared publically.

Send your nomination, PLUS the name of a second member who will
"second" you, to <progsoc@nospam.progsoc.uts.edu.au>


O-day

A big thank you to everyone who came and helped out yesterday, it was
a
great success!  Hopefully we can get some photos of it on the website.


Multi-Year Registrations
------------------------

Multi-Year Registrations have been suspended for the moment.  Changes
to
the constitution required to accomodate multi-year registrations were
discussed at last night's exec meeting.  Voting on the proposed
changes
will occur at the AGM.  (Members will be able to read the proposed
changes when the minutes of the meeting are posted on the website).
