Well yeah I scored a bit of curt treatment yesterday, when someone from
publicity emailed and all they said was "Please advise of your current
extension and department. Thankyou." when all this is already in the
Groupwise db.  In true public servant style, I queried it and cc'd it to
my manager  :)
