Well, from my recent experience the best size is 80GB.  I picked up an
80GB Seagate 5400rpm drive new for $185 from my local computer fair
about two months ago, so it might even be a tiny bit cheaper now.

(I'm already looking to buy another one at the next computer fair which
is this weekend, so if the price is much changed I'll repost)
