[ProgSoc] cgi

greetings all,
It's been a while, and I've been trying to write a cgi, in perl.
I've been developing it at home on my linux box, and have it working
perfectly there.
I uploaded it to the target server, and got an error message, but
because of the cheap hosting package I got, I can't view error logs.
So I thought I'd give it a try on progsoc.
Accessing it via http, I get an error, premature end of script headers.
I tried to run from the command line, using ./make_cal.cgi (and using
tab completion rather than typing in the whole name), I get an error
./make_cal.cgi: command not found
Any advice?
Thanks
