 After about 0.01 seconds, in fact.

 kv, kghostview, pdf2ps, and acrobat for windows, all barf
 on this file in a variety of ways. Doncha love open standards
 for document interchange?  {wistful sigh}

 Anyhoo, I got a copy of 4444 in two parts a while back (Jay,
 if you still want to get a document that says 'use passwords
 that are hard to guess' and other equally Duh!-ish, email me)
 and it came in at about 1.4Mb.

 What's the crack with 7799? Is it a stripped down version
 of 4444? If they took out all the stupid or obvious (or
 stupidly obvious) recommendations from 4444, you'd end
 up with a document slightly shorter than this email.

 Jedd.
