[ProgSoc] Trouble with TCP/IP with Win98SE

At the moment, i have win98se running on my system with 2 network
cards.  Before this problem, both of the network cards seem to work ok
with each other.  Today it keeps telling me that i have TCP/IP problems,
that it wasnt set up probably, but i have already reinstalled and set up
the TCP/IP stack already a few times and it didnt work.  I have also tried
disabling one of the network cards and it still doesnt work.

If anyone knows what the problem is, need help immediately.
