That's it. Capcom's D & D arcade game. And after some digging around I
found a rom and emulator (mame doesn't work). Aparently the Capcom rom's
were all encrypted and each game needs to have a patch created to be able
to play it. I came across a mailing list which dates back about 3 years
with people looking for this game + patch, it seems it's only been
playable for about 6 months.
