I'm even more interested in SMS'ing a special number to receive a
prepackaged text response that I can generate from a Perl script or
something.  (Like figuring out which train to catch according to the time
of the event).  SMS reception outside the GSM world is a bit tricky still.  
Sometimes I wish I could SMS landline phones.
