[ProgSoc] Sending mail through ProgSoc

Now for a question of my own...

I use Outlook at home to connect to the ProgSoc mail server using IMAP.

When sending mail through ProgSoc it only seems to allow me to send mail to
addresses in progsoc.uts.edu.au. If I try and send to
mjsnicko@nospam.it.uts.edu.au, from instance, I get an error of the form '...one of
the recipients was rejected by the server... ...policy rejection on target
address...'

I have tried using authorisation when connecting to the outgoing mail
server, no luck. The operation appears to fail even earlier.

What gives? Why? Remedy?
