I wrote the first buggy version about 3 weeks ago but the
last few days has involved some reasonably intensive bug fixes
and adding support for ports. There are still a lot of features
not included (for example, nmos does not have priorities at all,
it just schedules round in a ring). Since you were rewriting the
priority system anyhow it probably wouldn't be much harder to
actually write a priority system from scratch.

Yes he knew I was working on it and he had a copy of one of the
early versions.
