to your network unless they've lasted 24 continuous hours, because
100% utilisation of your pipe is the fastest way for us to relieve you
of large sums of money... uh, i mean, because changing router
configuration is difficult and error-prone, so we don't like to do
it... 

Telstra?  Help?  Oh ho ho ho!  Willing to be even vaguely flexible
about billing?  Oh me oh my ho ho ho!
